Hello! Welcome to the blog. Here you will find a handful of my favorite recipes, perfect for anyone looking to eat some delicious dairy free food. As a college student with a food allergy, I don’t have much time (or $$$) to spend at Whole Foods digging through the aisles or reading ingredient labels for hours on end. I spent 3 years working at a bakery and I have always enjoyed cooking. I realized there are probably some people out there avoiding dairy, whether that be due to lactose intolerance or an allergy, and that I could share some of my favorite foods that you’d never guess are dairy free.

Nothing I post is overly complicated, and I never spend more than an hour or so cooking. I hope you find something you like! Avoiding dairy doesn’t have to be difficult. 🙂
